Davis and Bowring was established in 1954. We have a wide range of estate agency experience of sales and lettings in South Lakeland, the Lake District, the Lune and Eden valleys and northern Lancashire and Yorkshire.

Our computerised database mailing list of likely applicants is regularly reviewed, we offer digital mapping services, 360 degree photography and easy to download Home Information Packs.

We take enormous care in producing our comprehensive sales brochures – including not only text and photographs, but also floor, boundary and location plans. This enables purchasers to be in full receipt of the facts prior to viewing and increases the chance of genuine viewings.
