 Through our primary role as estate managers we have become involved with rural development and diversification. We seek to review all estate assets and advise on possible alternative uses to maximise the overall return. With extensive experience of upland management We are ideally placed to advise on habitat management be it for agricultural, sporting or environmental benefits. We have close associations with FWAG and long standing relationships with English Nature and DEFRA project officers. This enables us to advise on and implement management agreements and capital works schemes to enable the client to initiate sustainable management strategies which integrate with both the estate’s long term plan and the Government’s approach to conservation management.
