Land Agency

 Our Land Agency team specialise in providing a range of services to owners of agricultural, sporting and residential properties. Based in Kirkby Lonsdale on the Cumbria, Lancashire and North Yorkshire border we manage and advise on Estates across the north of England and Scotland.  

Our Land Agency team are all Chartered Surveyors with many years of experience, enabling us to provide services tailored to meet individual clients’ needs and achieve their management objectives.  We currently manage or advise on an area in excess of 130,000 acres.  

In addition to our Land Agency team, we have highly motivated and experienced sporting and residential agencies to enhance our estate management services.
