A property valuation can be required for many reasons. We have many years of experience in negotiating values with the valuation office. We can also often prevent them being involved by providing the correct valuation for disposal, probate or family division purposes.

Our local knowledge of the property market combined with our associate firm Savills' national and international marketing skills and back up enables us to offer clients a comprehensive valuation service. We have a good understanding and knowledge of farms and estates in our area and are experienced and well positioned to advise on these. We can organise for a variety of experts from building surveyors to mineral valuers to give supporting advice.
