MOROCCO DOVE SHOOTING

The Morocco dove shooting season for migratory Turtle dove in the Taroudant region is an hour’s drive from Agadir, changes slightly each year. As a general guide, great sport can be enjoyed in this exotic location from June 26th to 3rd of August.

By law shooting Morocco dove shooting is confined to four days a week, Friday – Monday making this a perfect destination for a long week end away before the start of the grouse shooting season!

Tourterelle are small and very challenging to shoot as they fly from roost to feed on olive groves, citrus plantations and farm crops in the early morning and return to roost in the late afternoon.  Numbers shot are carefully controlled to maintain a healthy wild population.

Morocco dove shooting is during the months of June to August and we run a very special dove shooting trip to Taroudant in Morocco. The trip is a four night shoot and is rgarded by many leading sportsmen as the place to shoot Tourterelle (turtle dove).

In addition to Tourterelle we are able to offer driven partridge (gambra partridge) shooting in the Taroudant/Chafarni regions in the foot hills of the Atlas Mountains.  Please click here for more details For photos of the partridge shooting please look in the gallery above.
