Letting and Management Fees

We provide a comprehensive service to introduce suitable tenants to your property in the shortest time possible at the maximum rental,
taking account of current market trends.

Landlord fees

Letting only: One month’s rent plus VAT
(subject to minimum fee of £500 plus VAT).

Letting and income management (6 month agency contract): 70% of one month’s rent plus VAT
then 6% commission each month plus VAT.

Letting and full management (6 month agency contract): 70% of one month’s rent plus VAT
then 12% commission each month plus VAT.

Tenancy Deposit Fee: £10 plus VAT, to protect the deposit at the beginning of the tenancy payable by the landlord.
This is also payable if the tenancy is renewed after the initial term.

Tenancy Renewal: £80 plus VAT to include TDS, payable by whichever party requests the new agreement.

Hourly Rate: £100, travel @ 50%, mileage at 0.60p, all plus VAT.

Withdrawal fee, prior to tenancy starting: £300 plus VAT.

Tenant fees

Application Fee: £250 plus VAT.

Payment Terms: 1% on cash. Credit card charges may apply.

Tenancy Renewal: £80 plus VAT to include TDS (£10 plus VAT), whichever party requests the new agreement.
