Advice on compliance with Health and Safety
Davis and Bowring have long established links with solicitors, accountants, commercial property agents, building surveyors, architects and project managers to enable us to provide a one stop management service.
With a specialist residential agency Davis and Bowring can also provide advice on sales and additions to estates as well as letting residential property.
Davis and Bowring also offer the following more specialist services.
Residential Management
Davis and Bowring have been managing residential properties for both estate and private clients for many years. This service can be restricted to a simple letting and rent collection service right through to a full management service to include renovation, repairs, lease renewals and compliance with Landlord safety regulations. For further information, please follow the link to our
residential home page.
Farm and Estate Diversification
Through our primary role as estate managers we have become involved with rural development and diversification. We seek to review all estate assets and advise on possible alternative uses to maximise the overall return. This experience means that with our close association with other property professionals we are able to offer development appraisals that are targeted towards a sustainable development rather than a quick fix. For further information please follow the link to our rural
development page.
Conservation and Environment Management
With extensive experience of upland management Davis and Bowring are ideally placed to advise on habitat management be it for agricultural, sporting or environmental benefits. With our close associations with FWAG and long standing relationships with English Nature and DEFRA project officers we are able to advise on and implement management agreements and capital works schemes to enable the client to initiate sustainable management strategies which integrate with both the estate’s long term plan and the Government’s approach to conservation management. |
