Davis & Bowring are taking all possible measures to deal with the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, to ensure continuity of service for all clients and customers.
We aim to work in line with the latest advice and guidance from the government and the NHS. The majority of our team are now working from home following government guidance on 16 March.
We have a tried and tested remote working system to facilitate this. During this difficult and uncertain time, we aim that service levels will continue uninterrupted and as much as possible we will continue to respond to the needs of clients and customers.
Like all professional services firms, our working practices are adapting to this changing situation which will mean the majority of face-to-face meetings will be cancelled or postponed. If essential, visits to the office should be prior appointment. Where possible technological solutions will be sought so that work can still progress.
Where property management inspections are deemed essential either by our team or a contractor in order to undertake repair work or routine safety inspections they will continue, subject to a rigorous health and safety procedure in order to protect all parties.
Property viewings for both sale and rental properties have been put on hold temporarily but please contact us to register your interest and we can keep in touch and hopefully arrange something soon.
If you wish to contact any of our team, please do so by email rather than post or use the direct dial or mobile phone numbers, these are shown below for every member of our team.
Mail items can be left in the post box outside the main entrance and will be collected and distributed daily.
Please be assured that our approach is ‘business as usual’ as far as is at all possible, and in these challenging times we wish you and your families well.
From all at Davis and Bowring
