We provide a comprehensive service to introduce suitable tenants to your property in the shortest time possible at the maximum rental,
taking account of current market trends.
Unoccupied property caretaking service: WEEKLY/FORTNIGHTLY/MONTHLY VISITS fee quote on request based on duties requested, time taken and mileage.
Letting only: One month’s rent plus VAT
(subject to a minimum fee of £600 plus VAT).
Letting and rent collection: 80% of one month’s rent plus VAT then 6% commission each month plus VAT (6 month agency contact).
Letting and full management: 80% of one month’s rent plus VAT then 12% commission each month plus VAT (6 month agency contract).
EPC: £75 plus VAT.
Floor plans: £75 plus VAT.
References: £30 plus VAT per person/guarantor.
Schedule of condition/inventory: Fee quote for larger, older properties or furnished based on time.
Tenancy deposit fee: £15 plus VAT.
Tenancy renewal: £80 plus VAT.
Hourly rate: £100, travel @ 50% , mileage at 0.60p, all plus VAT.
Withdrawal fee, prior to tenancy starting: £300 plus VAT.
Application fee: Zero.
Payment terms: 1% on cash.
Tenancy renewal: Zero.
Holding deposit: One week’s rent.
Deposit: Five weeks’ rent (includes the Holding Deposit).
Loss of keys/security fobs: Cost of actual replacement and also reasonable charge to cover agent’s time in getting keys cut.
Rent arrears: Interest chargeable 3% above the Bank of England base rate on the late payment of rent from the date the payment is missed.
Variation, addition or removal of Tenant from tenancy agreement at Tenant’s request: £50 incl VAT.
